The first thing is there is NO verification of what your custom diamond art will look like to make sure it is cut correctly and is in landscape vs portrait. Customer service took forever to resolve anything. It took weeks of comm, getting an art that was NOT cut correctly but rather cut off, then sent another, and while it is mediocre, and im doing it only because im sick of dealing with your Chinese customer service shit, the colors are completely off, it doesn't look right because of it.
