All I got was excuses as to the lack of quality of the product. I submitted a photo and the painting created was not like the photo and included several black stripes that were not in the photo I submitted. The customer service representatives I spoke to were not willing to provide a refund. Additionally, it took over 5 weeks for my product to arrive. I am very disappointed.
