I bought extra clipper heads and filters. The filter came with one of the heads but it was not obvious. Then I went back and forth with Customer Service, thinking I was missing the additional head. 1. Clearly mark the box with different colors, or 2. Just send the head as good PR. If it's $5.99 (on sale), the cost is small, so you could have sent it instead of several emails to figure out that it was in with the filters.

Shipping is bad they made a label but do not tender it to the delivery company for weeks. I worked for a delivery company for 15 years so don't try saying the delivery company just didn't scan it. It is sitting in a trailer at your warehouse waiting to fill up to have picked up by the carrier. If orders are slow you should send it on out instead of making your customers upset.
