Would be 5 stars, but tech support has left me in the dark. I ordered the preloaded SCT X4 tuner and it came with no tunes loaded. Called tech support and he said he would call back, but instead of calling he sent an email asking for VIN of vehicle and serial of device so the tunes could be sent to me. I responded with the information within 15 minutes and asked a question and got no response. I know the Holidays play a roll in in this but its not that hard to just respond to an email.
