The international returns policy could be more customer-friendly (with a prepaid return packaging). I had to pay 50 USD to return the product for an exchange (credit for another purchase) from Greece. Also, the product was lost upon arrival when being returned to you, and I had to ask you to look into it after sending all the relevant documents.

The website and ordering was perfect and easy but I would suggest to have options on shipping. DHL & USPS may be cheaper but allow FedEx or UPS Shipping for some you want the items quicker. I’d pay for quicker shipping. I ordered a little more than a week before my trip and got the package the day before leaving. I was super nervous and DHL & USPS are not the best on updating their delivery dates.
