It was a good experience. I think updates would be good with the orders. I understand they take a minute to be made and with moving shop, I think email updates would be a nice touch. Also, the solar light does not make it through the night. I think I will order another light, just to be safe.

Order was over one week late with no communication from Top Notch Ironworks regarding delay. TNI sent email stating to check shipment via Shopify. Shopify provided message to check with Top Notch Ironworks. I clearly posted my email on the order, yet TNI sent email to my iCloud account. Obviously no one looked at my order. Customer communication at TNI is ineffective and weak. Need to clean up.
