I got a random bracelet that was mom related and I thought that was weird and wanted to return, they send me a replacement piece and it's a simple ring instead of a bracelet which was what I ordered but they did send some sort of replacement so I let it go. All in all at least someone did get back to me and at least try to remediate the issue even though they missed thr marl a little bit by sending a ring instead of a bracelet
