Ordered a custom colored record, white color, which is a premium. Arrived as two pieces of clear poly pressed together with a sheet of white paper slipped between them. Couldn't believe it. No where in the ordering, communications, or receipt did it state this would be a polycarbonate record, and I especially didn't think ordering a white colored record meant a white piece of paper! Absolutely laughable and they never responded to my email about it.
