Great place for unique scents.

Meant to include this in my review of Malevolent BLACKSTONE. The new fragrance dropped the morning after I had placed an order. The awesome folks at Suc were gracious enough to let me combine the two orders. Thanks and kudos!

I've been a customer for a year now and I'm always excited to see what they will come up with next. The two times I've had an issue, it was fixed immediately. One time I didn't even have an issue but they thought my scents may have been mixed up during the filling process, and they gave me a choice of new perfume, no return needed, or a store credit. These ladies are on point, quick to respond, and have a wickedly cool sense of humor.

I truly hope you reconsider your policy on what "fairness" in the name of good customer service means, and choose compassion and understanding as the standard policy to extend to everyone, rather than choosing to never work with any of them to find an agreeable solution when issues arise. Alienating new customers over minor issues with the way the online store is set up, especially over what amounts to an $8 checkout mishap for a $500 order, is not a great look.

Honestly, so much to love! Free samples right from the get go. Great size options. Such fun, interesting names and package designs! Love the needy and bookish ones particularly. And the fragrances I've tried so far are lovely!
