Horrible experience. Pre-order on November for a delivery end of January, we are mid March and I still hasn’t received my package. I had to contact the support team through email and social media every day for some minor information, full on bullshit to be honest. They even promised I will received my package on February 29th, I received NOTHING. POOR and HORRIBLE experience.

Aloha! Upon ordering it stated to expect delivery within 6-7 weeks, which I marked on the calendar. But surprise! The 3 Puzzles I ordered arrived within 2 weeks here in Oahu, Hawaii and that was fast!! Also there was a tech glitch and one of the puzzles was ordered separately, and they were proactive in responding back to provide me a shipping refund for one of the orders.
