While the artwork itself is beautiful & good quality, the shipping process was extremely disappointing. My order took over a month to arrive, & there was not enough upfront communication about how long delivery would actually take.
If I had been informed ahead of time that shipping would take that long, I would have been more understanding. Instead, the lack of clear updates & transparency made the experience frustrating. Product is great but communication needs improvement.

Order has taken two months, haven’t received it yet. Multiple emails were sent about the delay. I moved in the process and asked to change address. They asked me to pay for the change, when I should have received the piece before I moved. I make a report, received a few emails after. However, I do not have this piece. People are better off going into the store to buy the art. These are such beautiful pieces to have in your home. You try to support black-owned businesses but this is the result.
