The order processing took nearly a month longer than the estimate, so I did not receive it in time for the date I needed it. This was very disappointing and frustrating. Moreover, I contacted customer service to check on the status of my order and received no response. The misleading estimate and lack customer service has deterred me from ordering from Fancy Feather again or recommend to friends.

I could not tell what some details of the fans would look like until they arrived. I was nervous to request dual colored fans, but I’ll probably try them next. They took a while to arrive, but when I mentioned that I had not yet received them, I was given prompt attention and got them very soon after.

UPS stated the package was delivered to a pack locker. It was empty when I opened it. A claim was filed with UPS. When I reached out to the seller, I was met with the same information from the tracking number lol. No help or resolve. I'm assuming the products weren't insured. I wish they were more helpful with issues like these.
