It was good - shipping was delayed as the delivery address was different to my billing address, so I had to provide ID, which is fine. The reason for dropping 1 star is that I had to chase them up to discover this issue and should have been informed (ideally) before checkout so I could have dealt with it, thereby preventing a delay in shipping.
