Product I ordered was good. Not good was being signed up for a sneaky subscription service.

The product (tee popper) does what was advertised. However, the color and the logo on the tee popper were not what was advertised, and the balls were also not the same as the ones depicted in the advertisements.

Low quality of the product did not make for a pleasant experience

Questionable sales tactics by including "free" items with your order and adding items that have recurring costs associated with them (without clearly identifying that they have recurring costs).

As per my review, I am very dissatisfied with your services & products. The Dugout club is a subscription option that was automatically added to my order. I was never directed to the service's location online and never realized what it was until they charged me a monthly subscription fee the next month! I let them know I was still waiting for this item on my order prior to the monthly renewal (telling them I had no clue what it was or how to access it!), and nothing was done.

charged an additional 40$

Ordered on July 6. Takes weeks for it to arrive because it actually comes direct from China. When it did arrive it was missing the package of extra balls that was part of the package deal. Sent email that it was missing. Had to take photos of the package that did arrive and still haven’t received the package of balls. Week later got a response from my email saying basically they don’t believe me and to send even more photos of what I received. Still nothing. Don’t buy!!!

You have a great product in the Tee Popper, but your company is no better than a slimy scammer! My hope is that your company will go out of business soon!

Upon contacting support, you have told me to login to cancel my subscription. I never even got a link in the first place. Cancel my subscription and refund my money.

Product is fine however I do not appreciate being enrolled in a recurring bill for the “dugout club” at time of purchase. A shady way for the coming to keep billing you.

I tried to buy my kids a ball popper and I get roped into the”club” with monthly fee’s I didn’t sign up for that (on purpose)

No brand product delivered in a broken taped up box with scam-like tactics around ‘free’ gifts and subscriptions. Customer service is sub standard.

Waste of money and they trick you into a “subscription” that they charge you for every month .

I contacted you and shared that it broke the first day he used it and you did not offer to replace it without sending proof on a video. I don't even know how to email a cell phone video so I was not happy. He did love it for the few hours he got to play with it though.

Paid for a service and one ball cracked almost instantly and the tee popper broke very quickly. Very disappointed.
