Easy delivery and no delays in receiving the order

Would not recommend !! I am extremely disappointed with this experience. I placed my order over 4 weeks ago, despite the listing clearly stating a delivery time of 1–3 days. The item has still not been received. I have messaged the team multiple times requesting an update, but have received no response, which is unacceptable. I also requested a refund, and this has not been processed. Poor communication, misleading delivery information would bug recommend !!!

I hesitated to write this review, but my experience was very disappointing. I ordered a blue kaftan and received one in a completely different, unclear color (green or grey). I tried contacting the company several times through different channels to return the item, but never received a response. Very disappointing, especially considering the amount of money involved and the complete lack of resolution.

Este kaftan si me gustó, por eso hice otro pedido y me compré dos kaftan en black friday y por lo cual no sabía y nadie me informó que había que pagar un impuesto de aportación de 34€, que eso va dirigido a ellas y no a mi. Por lo cual el kaftan me costó lo mismo que sin el descuento del black friday, es una estafa. No estoy satisfecha en ninguna compra y no volveré a adquirir de esta página👎🏻

The price does not match the quality; the quality is poor. This is not the traditional Moroccan caftan we know, but the price is the same as what you would normally pay for an authentic Moroccan caftan. So I do NOT recommend this page at all!!!

Il y avait 36€ à payer le jour de livraison. Je commande plus de chez vous

I loved how quickly the package arrived, even though I had requested some custom adjustments to the caftan.

The only problem was that they should have warned me the shipment was coming from Morocco because I had to pay an extra 40 euros to clear it through customs, which resulted in an additional payment all the way to Germany. Otherwise, the service is great.
