I ordered my fountain off QVC. It shipped fairly quickly but unfortunately stopped working 2 weeks later. After several emails, Bernini sent out a replacement battery compartment. Seems like a lot of customers have problems with the two button battery compartment. Customer service needs to respond much more quickly to problems with their products.
