Customer service for this company is AWFUL! After spending $200 for a fountain, I was sent the wrong item! When I reached out, NO ONE responded to help. I called the company phone number for weeks and no one ever answered or responded to voicemails. I emailed and no one would respond to emails. I tried reaching out via social media and no one responded. My issue was NEVER rectified. It's as if the company doesn't exist! Beware!
