I ordered a wig color 280, the picture on the website reflected the exact color, however, I did not notice the website error of color 1 under it. I was sent color 1 in the 280 package. When requested an exchange, I was told to send picture, I was sent return label, returned the color 1 wig, then told to pay $8 due shipping. I explained I did think I should pay the shipping cost again when the error seemed to the website description/picture. When requested refund, was told would be restocking
