Overall, I am pleased with Ebonyline and have had positive experiences with their products. The selection is great, and the quality has generally met my expectations. However, I am taking off points for their shipping costs and policies.
I don't understand why customers must meet a minimum purchase amount just to qualify for the $4.99 shipping rate. In my opinion, that should be the standard shipping fee. Customers should be encouraged to buy what they need, not feel pressured to add extra.
