The keyboard is really great, but the delete key is slightly recessed compared to the rest of the keys, which is not pleasant at all and doesn’t press down ergonomically compared to other keyboards. I hope a replacement will be possible if this isn’t normal and my keyboard is defective.

Again, I never received the product. Was never told it was delivered. When I looked where it was they showed it delivered 2 weeks prior but the package was no where to be found. They told me they can’t help me because I didn’t pay for the shipping protection. Wasted $300 for nothing. Very very disappointed
