customer service was great tbh and it helped my question (coming from another customer service worker :))

Never made it home due to incapable delivery service. Missed the timeline, had to cancel delivery and send it back. Still waiting to be refunded for over a month now. Unacceptable!

Part of my order didn't come. No help from support. One of my baddest purchase ive hab for a long time. And definitely the baddest support and misunderstanding I have at least. 3 missing parts... Makes not Happy.

There was a missing item in my original shipment, likely because I ordered a qty of 2 of one of the sets and I only received one, and most people probably don't order multiples of a set. It was a simple, understandable mistake, and after contacting Powerbuild they immediately sent out my missing item with no hassle. Very satisfied with their service.

This was a fun build and I've already purchased another PowerBuild model. Instructions could be clearer, the parts choice and position was sometimes a little hard to determine. Some sections of the build felt a little fragile but the final model is quite robust. Shipping Container display case is very neat and stops the model getting dusty. On to my second build now, The Crimson Revival.
