I want to share my experience regarding my recent purchase.
While the new lens I ordered arrived in perfect condition and meets my expectations, I am extremely disappointed with the handling of the return process. As per our initial agreement, the courier was supposed to collect the previous lens when delivering the new one so that I could receive a refund. However, the FedEx delivery person had no instructions to retrieve the old lens.
Despite multiple messages from my side, I never received a response from your customer service, and to this day, the issue remains unresolved. As a result, I have now paid twice for the same product, as I was forced to purchase a second lens without being able to return the first one. This is unacceptable.
I expected a professional resolution to this issue, but instead, I was ignored. Now, you are requesting feedback on your after-sales service. Frankly, while your product is of good quality, your customer support and return process have been highly disappointing. I hope this message will encourage you to improve your service and ensure that customers are not left without a proper solution.
I still expect a response regarding the refund for the first lens. Please let me know how you intend to resolve this matter.
