The packing needed either more insulation or more dry ice. Everything was pretty much thawed out by the time I got it. Still cold enough that I felt it was safe to eat, but “IF” I was not home to receive the package, I don’t know how much longer it would’ve stayed cool. Probably not much more than a few hours. I’m not completely happy that things like the bacon has nitrates in it. I was hoping to get uncured or as fresh as possible. I am trying to eat clean and healthy with less additives.
