App isn’t user friendly. Hard to make changes to the monthly subscription box, and the new bond isn’t working that great for me. Whisper light gets really gummy in the tube, and doesn’t seem to last very long anymore. Not sure how much longer I’ll stick with Lashify. It’s expensive and there seem to be more economical options out there.

it's not too bad, website could be easier to navigate. Editing the box is a little confusing. It says "swap" which means trade to me. How about "edit" and you just add and delete items? When I hit "swap" it brings me to new items. I don't know if I'm the only one who thinks this but I shop ALOT online and it's very easy.
