I had to exchange the Snuggle boots. I ordered the size 9 because you were out of size 10. They really were a little too snug. I like boots bigger. Before the delivery even came the size 10 came back in stock. I returned the 9 and received the 10 and I love them. I will always order my Bearpaws in a 10 from now on! The return was easy!

These are SUPER soft! I wear a size 13 (size 12 normally but size 13 with thick socks) so liked that they had extended sizes. It's like walking on a cloud. I do wonder what will happen once the fluffy inside gets packed down but right now I love the boats.
The outside material seems to wipe off easily enough.

My size 7 short retro short boots in gray are too big slide up and down but I kept anyway because the sizes were gone. Big around the top of the ankle. I have small narrow ankle and feet so could have worn a 6 probably??? But it like the look just slide up and down on my feet even with thick socks..
