I wear size 14 wide shoes, and my new slippers are size 14. They fit perfectly. They were a little hard to get on the first time because of my high arches and the very firm band, however they go on fairly easily now, and they stay put.

Return processes having to print a label and pick up at the door was fine. The problem was the items I ordered the rain boots were in a package of a size 9, but they were actually a six and the other items sizes are smaller not true to size.
The product itself I love going forward I need to order larger because of not true size.

Cute but very difficult to put on. The neck of the boot is very narrow. I hate to use two hands and push really hard to fit into my size 10 once in it does not hurt it fits comfortably. It’s just a headache of how difficult it is to put the booth on.
