The order took a bit to arrive, but still within 30 days. The packaging looked surprisingly nice, and the watch itself is way better than I expected, cute, solid, not cheap at all. The strap is easy to adjust, though opening the clasp takes a little nail power. Overall, totally worth the money and the customer service was great. :)

It looks absolutely stunning, and the playful logo and striked text are the drivers for me. Just a couple of user experiences to share, I lost one of the bracelet pins due to the screw needing to be tightened very much, and it came off when I did not, the watch almost fell off. Secondly the bracelet is slightly sharp at the back of the wrist and there are a slight scratching feel. Other than that I love it and struggled a lot not to buy another of the relax line.

Great looking watch, well built with nice oyster bracelet. Like the fact the bracelet has screw pins rather than push pins. Wish it would have had an exhibition case back as an option. You won’t be disappointed.

Timely dispatch, well protected, cute design. Alittle heavy. Haven got the time to adjust the strap .. too big for me. Maybe try different strap where size adjustments is easy with looking for watch shop for help.

Generally love the watch design and built. A little downside for me is as i have a 16cm wrist and the bracelet cannot remove any more links for a snug fit. The watch is worn with a little dangle.

Took few days to arrive(about three weeks+)but all is exactly as advertised once you place your order you can track it anytime and in addition customer service is extremely supportive throughout. Solid looking watch. Just wished I could take one more link off for a perfect fit. Also, these links are removable by unscrewing the pins, not by pushing them out.
