This is my new post-work ritual. A glass of water, 20 minutes in the sauna, and I’m a new person. Can’t believe I waited this long to get one.

I keep a pretty simple maintenance routine: check the water, check the filter, and replace it when needed. Having the four-pack on hand makes that process easy to stick with.

Water maintenance used to be the part of cold plunging I liked the least. Having a proper filter catching the small particles and debris makes keeping the setup clean much more manageable.

What I like most about the hat is that it gives me some protection from the heat without feeling overly stuffy. It’s comfortable enough that I can wear it throughout my normal sauna routine.
