I chose the Gen V setup because I knew I wanted remote control. Being able to check the temperature and manage the chiller from my phone is something I use far more often than I expected.

Water maintenance was the part I disliked most about my previous cold plunge. I went with Gen V, and having the filtration, circulation and UV sanitation built into the system makes the whole setup much easier to manage.

I wanted something with enough capacity to feel like a real plunge rather than a small ice barrel. At 232 gallons, there is plenty of water around me when I'm seated and the experience feels much more complete.

The insulated cover has been really useful since my setup is outside under a covered patio. I put it back on after every session and everything stays much more contained between uses.

I used to skip sessions simply because I didn't have enough ice at home. Once I added the chiller, that problem disappeared. The water can already be cold when I'm ready to get in.

Our summers regularly get above 85 degrees, which is why I went with the 1/2 HP Pro. Having the extra cooling power made more sense for where I live and how often I use the plunge.

I wanted a deeper plunge where I could actually get properly submerged without needing a long tub that takes up half my garage. This has been a great fit for my space and feels much roomier once you're inside than it looks from the outside.

I was hesitant about buying an inflatable plunge because I assumed the walls would feel soft or unstable. The material is much thicker and more rigid than I expected, and it feels incredibly solid once everything is set up.

I have mine in the corner of my home gym and really like the upright design. I get a deep plunge without having a long tub extending across the room and taking away workout space.

I use it mostly in the evenings. Steam helps me decompress, then I sit with the red light for a bit before bed. Sleep has been better too, as soon as my head hits the pillow I’m able to fall into a deep sleep.

Listen, if you take your training seriously, stop scrolling and just buy this. I’ve been doing the trash-can-and-ice-bags routine for years, and upgrading to the Duo-Therapy Pro is the best money I’ve ever spent.

This sauna is great! Being able to do steam and red light one after the other is so convenient. I don’t have to go anywhere else and I get the full experience at home.

Had to send the cooler back for maintenance , and no hassel. They had clear instructions. Quickly, let us know what was happening and when it was returning. It was in warranty and no charge. Very easy to deal with them. Before we got the cooler when we first bought it, there was a problem with the shipper. I called Titan, a person answered quickly, and handled the problem.

The steam sauna function is my favorite part. It is incredibly humid and great for my skin. The red light therapy is a huge plus. The transition from the hot steam to the 37-degree tub is intense. It leaves me feeling energized all day. Set up was very simple.

Good kit for the price. The mat is thick and actually stays in place which was my concern. Everything else does exactly what it needs to do. No complaints after two months of daily use.

Recovering from a partial knee replacement and my physical therapist recommended contrast therapy. I was terrified of trying to climb in and out of a slippery residential bathtub with bags of ice while unstable on one leg. The thick, rigid edges of the Triumph tub make getting in and out incredibly secure. The infrared heat from the panels loosens the joint perfectly before I transition to the cold water. It feels very safe to use.
