Love the compression on the legs, tights and calf. Could immediately feel the different after putting it in that the knees are in place when you walk. Only if the end near the ankle could be tight as it cause it to slip up. The top side is very well compressed that it does have a slight discomfort after prolong wear. Knee compression sleeve is a good fit. A little difficult to keep it in place when going on the move from sitting to standing. The v2 is quite warm in the sun and wish I would have gone with the summer version. Took a fall and have some knee pain from the impact. As soon as I put the sleeve on, my pain subsided. I do wear it constantly and would highly recommend them. If you get hot easily, get the light weight version.
