Been wearing the knee sleeves for about three weeks now definitely moving and feeling better recovery after games is definitely better than not wearing them so this definitely works for me. They’re much more durable than sleeves that I’ve worn previously. I have dove on the ground for a couple loose balls in basketball and they haven’t torn where it’s happened with other ones. These are highly recommended.

Just try awhile ago and luv it. The pros: i feel light, more compress especially on the knee joint.can jump much higher with less effort. When i pull it out i can feel my leg less tired. The cons: The thread on the edge which grip my thigh is a little bit rough,can feel it thru out the process of wearing it, when i remove the leg sleeve, there's a deep stretch mark around my thigh, kinda feel a little bit sting but it's ok.
