Having recently had knee pain due to IT band syndrome led to be ordering the sleeve due to an upcoming Ultra marathon. Due to late ordering I didn't have much time to try the sleeves prior to the run, however the knee pain was hugely reduced on race day in compare to training on lead up the the event. I thought it was just another ordinary compression sleeve hyped by marketing. How wrong was I! Flytex is the best that I have used in all the years that I've used guards. I used to have to rub my aching leg muscles after every badminton game. Now I no longer need to. It's almost a miracle and I'm not exaggerating. The Flytex leg sleeves are wonderful. I'm 5'8" 165 and in good shape. I ordered the large and they fit great. Nice and snug , great compression and no slipping. I've had meniscus surgery ( shave and bathe) on right knee and the difference in wearing these is like night and day compared to not wearing anything.
