After the first month or two owning the board, ESC turned to be defective, warranty covered it. Board is very good but the only negative is that after just 100km two of my wheels had pieces starting to fall off them, which never happened with my old board. I guess the wheel material is worse so be prepared to purchase multiple sets

Backfire boards live up to their name. They backfire and break. Then you break and they offer no compensation whatsoever. Steer clear of this company if you get hurt, they will do nothing for you. If your board breaks, they will do nothing for you. And your board will break every purchase I made from this company broke under normal use.

The board is great and works perfectly for the distance that i need to commute daily. The only down-sight is that the remote displays the battery level of the board kind of inaccurately. For example, the remote might display the battery bars being above half (like 70%) and get a notification of low battery, so I dont know which to take into consideration. It has the lifespan of a goldfish. The battery after a few years is already so bad I can’t go for a ride longer than 30 minutes. The case broke within a few months and I had to use a 3D pen to fix it. It had huge huge issues with the scroll wheel getting stuck at max meaning I can have my board stuck at full throttle. I purchased my board back in 2019. I used it for nearly 1000 km distance since than, and is still working like a dream, the bushings seem now even better, it leans very nicely, it accelerates good, it was well worth my acquisition. A good way to commute to work and having fun at the same time.
It is not designed for off-road, so is not comfy and has big impact on every pebble, but I was able to ride some distance on grass as well.

Was on my way to work just broke 500 miles and it started making this sound I’m not sure what it is. I’ve taken everything off to check and everything seems fine replaces the belts, and stills makes that sound. (also the black belt connector is the wrong part the one that is on it is the factory more squared one. The extra ones are and bunch of small circles).other than that I’ve had no problems. Hope we can get this worked out.
