I love the feel and ride quality of the cloud wheels, however after maybe 50 miles a chunk came off the side wall and there are several small holes starting to appear. I glued the chink back on and I can still use them but it gives me concern about the stability and overall quality of the wheels.

First few weeks and a motor die for known reasons. 2 moths after the computer wenta bad couldn't pair with the control. Customer service responded in a timely manner and sended to us a new motor and new computer. But still they may have a defective product

I am extremely disappointed. After 50 working days, my skateboard still hasn’t arrived, and according to the tracking, it hasn’t even been picked up by UPS yet. Nobody seems to know what’s going on, and I’ve received no real explanation or resolution. I expected much better service. I would appreciate clear and immediate information about my order status and what actions are being taken. This delay is unacceptable.

Never received. The first one broke near the screws for the trucks, i was happy with the board, so i ordered an another that never arrived, i contacted customer service several times and they were unable to give me information on the whereabout of my order or any solution for this issue.
Additionally, the Shipping information provided in the confirmation email, advertised a "fast shipping of from Germany for European customer" Where in truth the product came for China and was nowhere to be foun...

The board itself is fine. One motor already failed after roughly 75 miles of use. Replacement was sent without instructions to install. Customer support offers little help. Whole point is to have the working motor. I didn’t pay $800 for a skateboard.

The board is good, size,shape,speed,range. It’s a little high off the ground imo,but u get used to it. The remote is good but the plastic it’s made of is cheap, if u drop it or fall on it it will break. Make a metal non breakable remote or carbon fiber or sumn. Otherwise it’s great board👍

Both motors are currently broken and one has broken already before. The ESC also broke once costing me $200 and the Battery also broke once. I had to fight for Backfire to repair the darn thing for me. Backfire has been helpful but their board is absolute garbage. Stay away from this board, it's more headache than it's worth.

I've ridden a few times had such an amazing time for the 3 times I rode it. Then rain came for a week or so and since I didn't turn it on it goes into hibernation mode and does not charge back until hours later. Did not ride it near water as it's my long term investment for getting around town.. anyway it's fully charged and still won't turn on. I could have just ordered a grom. Updating review. I lost 2000 dollars on this. Checked battery pack for water damage. Never again. Second backfire boar...
