Assembly took a little time but worked out fine. Wish the parts had labels sometimes. Worked out a couple times, only problem is we are waiting on the free accessory package, seems it has been delayed and haven’t received any notification of expected delivery.

Love the machine. Works great. Only thing i would change is i would add the lat pull down attachment to the top so i could use the pulleys at the highest level without having to remove anything. Other than that this thing is awesome in every way.

So far, I’m loving it. Well packaged. Instructions and assembly is simple, but time consuming as expected. I’m impressed with the quality, especially considering the price. Having dual weight stacks and both 2:1 and 1:1 ratio give you plenty of options for a good workout. I’m impressed and happy with the machine and very impressed with the customer service. Highly recommend.

Works great. The lat extension was the main reason I purchased this machine. The bench is great and the 1:1 pulleys give most everybody more than enough weight. The lat extension uses plastic pulleys, but they are smooth.

Had a bit of a shipping mishap, had some damaged parts(seat and back) shipping companies fault. Emailed them with pictures of package and damage and called them to make sure it went through. Within a week and a half had replacement parts, no problem. Bench is great, customer service is A-1.

Machine fairly easy to assemble, one suggestion would be to label key supports and number boxes for shipping. BX2 offers a lot of exercises just figuring out what attachments are needed per exercise but will come in time.

The instruction manual needs to be more specific with steps. The instruction video needs to be more detailed on what he is putting together and what he is using to help since the manual is not very specific. The exercise equipment works great. Very satisfied with this product. The only problem was the delivery, the weights were on top of the main box which broke the top. I had to inspect for damage. Luckily, nothing inside the main box was damaged or bent.

Great fit, easy enough to take on and off. The only gripe is that it doesn't show how much it weighs. But....I emailed customer service and had a response in less than 48 hours. She's coming in at 10#'s. I didn't see the first run but this run's solid.

It’s is an awesome piece of equipment. Very well built and plenty of great features that a lot of other gyms just don’t provide. Having the 2:1 and 1:1 ratio is great, most other gyms only have 2:1. But also having 200 pounds on each side is great as well, most other gyms only go up to 150. There are definitely some things I would change. I expected way more jiggle. There's a dip bar, on a cage, in a park in town, that I use some times. That thing has more jiggle than a bowl of jello! This thing is solid! I'm 210 and there's no flex. Adjusting the arms is a breeze. another solid product.

This bench is awesome! Love the ease of adjustments and solid feel. Seems like the perfect size for both myself (6'4") and my wife (5'6"). Plus it is easy for her to move around with the convenient handle and wheels. Definitely a great value for a terrific incline/flat bench.

Ive been able briefly use the rack but first, the packaging was premium! Everything was carefully packaged and wrapped in bubble wrap as if they used an entire bubble wrap factory. Then it was enclosed in a premium box! From that, assembly was easy so long as you have a few hand tools of your own. Everything so far works flawless!

The gym is a great product. The instructions definitely need an upgrade, it wouldn't be that difficult to provide step by step instructions WITH DETAILS! I couldn't get the video to work until after I had completed. But overall, definitely worth the money. The bench was not shipped with it, so I cannot provide information on it.

The pins are of solid build quality and plenty wide( 6 in) on both sides. I do wish the fit was more tailored to the plates as the stack tilts to the longer side with weight on them during movement and causes more friction and noise. It is still a worthwhile addition if you need more weight.

The HD-1 is amazing. Cables are super smooth, we love the assisted pull up setup. The 1:1 on the lat pull down is great, and having a dedicated tricep press down is nice. Customer service has been amazing too, I installed something backwards and they figured it out right away.

This is by far the best trap bar I have used. It is extremely Sturdy and well built. The knurling is great and the long sleeves allow to add as much weight as you could need. Also love the fact you get a thick and thin handle diameter.
