My shipment was delayed 6 days by UPS, I had tried to contact UPS and was not given any help. In frustration I contacted Leathering though the customer portal to ask if they could help from their end, this was way after hours for them but recieved a prompt reply, from Jennifer McElroy,on the customer support team ( at 9 PM PST!) that asured me that they would do everything they could. I then rtecieved an update promising delivery. Best customer sevice ever... also the hats arrived and are awesom...
