I really like the leash and collar but the bag holder is flawed in that there is nothing to keep the bags from falling out. Even if there was a little plug on the opening it would help or solve the issue.

We have been customers since 2020. The customer service is great. The leash is good. It is easy to clean, and it is lightweight. it broke once, but we have not had a problem replacing it. The harness is good too, but our dog escaped from it once and we have not used it as often. The plastic has a little stretch ch so it is not as secure on dog.

There have been some hiccups, for example the fastener of the harness unclips easily, however Bonefly replaced the harness, and I see that the new design is better.
