It's just my husband and I at home and we love fresh berries; strawberries, blueberries and raspberries. They are all so expensive right now and it takes us a while to get threw them and at the end there's spoilage. Didn’t think it would work as well as it does. I had cut lettuce for salad and threw some in a ziploc bag and some in jars sealed with my mason genie and the salad lettuce browned and went bad in 3 days. The jars are still green and like i just cut it almost 2 weeks later

I have not used it a lot. It worked good. There was a video you can access that helps. Someone gave the hint that be careful when you seal powder or dry items to not fill it all the way to the top so that really helped. Looking forward to using it more.

What a cool product! A few weeks ago i bought a Mason Jeanie - how cool! Over a week ago I had 1/2 of an avocado & sealed it in a jar with the Mason Jeanie. The avocado is still just beautiful - My husband didn't want to unseal that avocado; so after eating part of a fresh avocado he wrapped it in plastic wrap & put it in the fridge - I threw it away a couple of days later because it looked awful - mine still is in the fridge & looks as good as when I put it in (I want to see how long it lasts)...

Watch several commercials on Facebook about it finally ordered it and have never been happier. Plan to order. A second one it works so easy example sliced potatoes that have been peeled. Took out two. Canning jars put the potatoes in with water put the lid on and over a week later opened each one and made delicious fresh non-brown mashed potatoes.

I gifted the Mason Genie to myself and husband for Christmas. We used it right away when we cleaned up breakfast. Instead of putting the left over syrups we made, in a plastic container, we put them in mason jars and used the Mason Genie and put them in the fridge. We'll reuse the syrups on New Years Day.
