The company is great panels are excellent But gave instructions on arrival and leaving our holiday park 5mph for the delivery company, and I am sorry to say the van driver did a wheel spin and went down the lane 30-40 mph and ripped all the stones up and thier was a track where he wheeled spinner and all the way up the lane. Although when the panels arrived they looked a bit darker than what was in the photo, once they were up I actually preferred the colour. it totally changes the look of my living room, makes it look bigger. My only problem was the delivery, they were due to be delivered on a Tuesday, I wouldn't be in I contacted the company and changed the delivery to the Wednesday. Fantastic product and exceptional value for money. I knew the look we wanted to achieve, and the fact there was a sale on made it an easy decision, but it is 10 times better than we imagined. Delivery had to be re-arranged by myself but that was an easy process. We fitted the panels in our training room and it just looks so classy even to the point a random person asked us if we would fit it in his house and he would pay us!!!! My sister recommended another website following her purchase. These were around £80.00 and not stapled at the back. British Homes Direct panels were better quality, very easy to work with. We managed to get them in the January sale so fabulous price!!! We aren’t completely done yet but honestly I could not be happier with products supplied. These are fantastic quality and so easy to do . We had someone planned to put them up unfortunately got dropped in so I did it myself couldn't believe how easy it was to do planned it out .added my own lights little cut i fabric pushed through connected all up results fantastic for very little cost looks a million dollars. Im almost 70 disabled if I can you can ... cut them with multi tool so easy clamped peice of wood where doing cut makes a perfect cut everytime always buy one extra...

Honestly I couldn't fault them. Apart from slow delivery (2.5 weeks) it was delivered on the day they promised and all panels arrived well packaged and perfect. To be fair I see all the negative reviews and I did think we would end up with issues but I am very impressed and waiting for delivery is a compromise for such a cheap price you pay. Almost half the price of any other company out there. I have recommended this company to my family and friends and would buy from again. Emailed them twice...
