I saw this described in reviews as "almost the size of the real bird" and I'm not sure what coots that person is familiar with but that's not true at all, it's a good 30-50% larger than the real bird lol - a bit of a surprise, but that makes it a very huggable size though! It's about as large as an average chicken. It seems good quality overall and, most impressively, it can actually stand up since there's a tough wire running through the legs and in the middle toes of the feet
