I definitely feel less bloated in the evening. The taste is the only negative but I diluted it a bit more and added a little bit of low calorie juice concentrate. I have cut carbs with dinner and increased my water intake. Overall feeling a lot better and no serious cravings over the past two weeks.

I have been getting migraines when i take this. I have skipped it for a bit and tried again, but same thing. I do not mind the taste and feel excited for what it can do as per the ads, but so far it has been hard with the migraines to get excited.
