The RAM products are great as always, but customer service from Mounts Australia is far inferior compared to other RAM retailers.
Very slow to dispatch probably due to either stock or labour resources, but you wouldn’t know because of the lack of communication.
I will buy RAM mounts elsewhere in the future.

Excellent mount solidly built and easy to clamp on to a handle bar of a motorcycle. Can unscrew it quickly if you need to take it with you.
The only con is the go mount itself the bolt is a little loose so it may rattle loose a bit, be careful not to over or under tighten the bolt otherwise a great option to record rides.

Does the job well like any RAM product, only caveat I’d have is its size. Using it to mount a phone holder in the car where no other mount has quite got the positioning right. This arm has worked out fine but just looks a bit bulky for the situation in question. Overall though it’s faultless and has solved a big issue for me

I have a windscreen mounted RAM for my iPhone. The harsh Aussie sun didn't damage the RAM but it was falling off due to the heat.

Fantastic bit of kit! Stick it to a clean window and it will not budge. Working in civil construction i am often jumping between different plant and trucks so having something i can quickly and easily mount in order to look at site plans or footing drawings or take a phone call or even just listen to a podcast is super helpful.
On one job i even mounted it on the door of a skidteer in order to use my phone as a mirror.
Try doing that with a Quadlock.

I wouldn't recommend this product. Put it in wouldn't tighten pulled back out tightened by hand. Still wouldn't tighten once back in stem got stuck had to use a lot of force to get back out. You can see by photos the plastic was just getting destroyed. 0/10
