I had a neck injury about 5 years ago. No pillow helped and sometimes I had to use my hand to lift my head to roll over. My friend who works in construction swears by your pillow so I thought it might be worth it. The second night I slept all the way through without waking up and I have a lot less neck pain. I LOVE these pillows! We ended up getting 4 total and later added the pillow cases in lavender and grey. We got 3 regular size and 1 extra large. There really isnt too much of a noticeable difference in size or feel so I would say if youre on the fence, save the money unless you're really big and need the small size difference.
