I LOVE this company. I’m hooked! Let’s just say I’ve tried a lot of their products and am not disappointed. Love, love the mellow comforter! The puff pillow is definitely my favorite out of the cloud align, hotel, and puff. I literally can’t get out of bed in the morning! I’m a tough sleeper. Hard to get and stay asleep, but these products have helped so much. Their customer service is top notch, I can’t think of another time I had such amazing customer service!!

I am a side sleeper 80% of the time and the other 20% I sleep on my back and in the month I have owned this pillow my morning neck pain has decreased significantly. It is definitely worth a try if you wake up with neck pain.

It is absolutely the best pillow I have ever bought and I have bought several different kinds. I have had neck problems for about 6 months and even gone to therapy which helped but after sleeping on this pillow for a couple of nights my neck pain has completely gone away. Pillow is great for me, as a side sleeper. Pillowcase is definitely cooling. Pay attention to the sizes though. I am 5'2" so I bought regular one. My husband is 5;10" so I got him the large one. I have experienced neck pain and daily morning headaches for years. I have bought and changed pillow so often it has become e a joke. This one is firm but soft, holds my head a good alignment position and works for all three sleep positions. The cooling fabric is so comfy. Its very soft and does keep me cool with the cooling pillowcase. I suffer with BAD carpal tunnel in both hands and normally sleep with arm under my pillows.
