Had some issues with my order and mellow’s customer service team was lovely, even amidst the rush of holiday season. I love these pillows, incredibly comfy, and the best my neck has felt in years! It’s true that it takes a few days to break it in and have the cushion feel right, but using it now it genuinely feels amazing! Really could feel the difference in my sleep pattern within a week. Im having less neck pain, headaches and the pillow case helps regulate body temperature for us night sweats people. Well this is funny, I ordered the mattress cover and later ordered the mattress topper. I had not opened any of it until last week as I decorated my bedroom for Fall. To make a long story short,,,,,somehow I had two mattress toppers no mattress cover! lol I cannot say whether the mistake was the company or myself so I just put on both.
