Overall, terrible experience starting with customer service. I ordered this sweatshirt on 12/4/2024 and within the email it stated it was a pre-order and would ship 7-15 days after the order placed. On December 13th, I saw a label was created using FedEx, but my order sat in AZ for an additional week.
