Reason i bought it was due to good ratings, excited with the infrared technology and had a great sale going on. (Not my first Karma product). Mixed feeling on this one. I opened the box and the control knob looked used like it was chipped. Really didnt heat enough to dry hair…will return.

Not to happy I have lots of thick hair and short so the brush don't grab my hair right. Maybe it an work for someone else .

so far so good! Just make sure you brush out your hair before and section evenly.
