Right knee Arthritis and damaged Meniscus. So good test camimg about a few days ago when I hiked the Brecons (Fan Dance) 22 kms, 3000 feet elevation i.e lots of decent (really bad for knees) and like wise lots of ascent. So great to have found these at the Marsthon Expo, I bought a pair but used one for the marathon itself and it’s likely the only thing that got me across the finish line. Obviously the injury didn’t magically disappear but the support give me a little more confidence to run through it and honestly I barely noticed it even on such a warm day. 100% recommend. Very good tore calf muscle grade 1 3weeks before Brighton marathon. Had tried some small runs 5miles but still pain. Always wore compression knees supports but were well used and old.
