The layouts in this are awesome! The rituals one is more of a habit tracker to me and it works great, its very easy to see bigger scale how a habit is going and because its so beautiful its easy to stay focused and motivated. I also have the gardening journal which have everything youll ever need in your garden! And the training friend which is also very useful for me. I love my notebooks!!! I am pretty sure I'm addicted now and literally about to place yet another order! I don't know how I survived without these books before hand... Well actually I do, I used a diary. But was it as efficient? No! Was it as effective? Absolutely not. Does this method now help my "quirky fast brain" to slow down and get all my thoughts out and keep me interested and on track with my habit building, with all the different layouts!? Absolutely!!!! I love these planners. I haven’t been officially diagnosed with ADHD, but I struggle pretty significantly with time management, executive function, prioritisation, etc. and I was getting pretty desperate for something that would click with my brain. I have always struggled with planners. I love the idea of them but think I get stuck with perfectionism feeling like I need to write exactly the right things. I have found the fast brain friend has been super helpful at breaking down some of these barriers.
