Great little clip! The leather is high quality and quite firm but loosens up quickly. I've had it about 2 weeks now and it's already very broken in. My only gripe, and it's very minor and not enough to dock it to 4 stars, is that the loop is riveted closed, so the only way to get it on or off is to unclip your belt. The key hook is the unsung hero though - it is a beast, very tough and chunky. Much more durable than others I have tried.
